It is hard giving up cravings when you may also unknowingly have an emotional attachment connected to it. To give an overview of just how successful Hypnotherapy really is with Weight Loss, an article was released from the American Journal Of Clinical Hypnosis at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Researches from the University of Connecticut analysed 18 studies comparing a cognitive behavioural therapy such as relaxation training, guided imagery, self monitoring, or goal setting with the same therapy supplemented by Hypnosis.


Those who received the Hypnosis lost more weight than 90 percent of those not receiving Hypnosis and maintained the weight loss two years after treatment ended.

My clients are of all ages, I have had one lady that was not able to lose weight and maintained the same weight for more than 10 years. In her first five days of Hypnotherapy I received a message from her letting me know that she lost 2.4kg!

Certainly everyone is different and will receive different results but in the end the outcome is always the same, weight loss. The program is important for me and my clients to run for a certain period of time as we both would like to start seeing results before the Hypnotherapy program ends. The program is taloured to suit you specifically and losing the weight also means maintaining a fresh new lease and quality of life which Hypnotherapy helps with long-term. In practicing Hypnotherapy my clients have had much success with Weight Loss, so much so that I developed a successful 5 week Weight Management Program, one session per week running for 5 weeks. The cost of the program is a total of $400 with the fifth session free or 3 sessions for $300. The program is generally payable upfront but if you are financially low on income a 'pay as you go' option is also available.
